Our Creative Founders.

At Hope's Connection, we are a family-driven team inspired by Hope Sifford, who was diagnosed with autism at an early age. Founded by Tiffany Sifford (Mom), Chris Sifford (Dad), and Jordan Johnson (Sister of Hope), our mission is to foster understanding, acceptance, and support for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Together, we created this platform to bridge gaps, share knowledge, and make a meaningful impact in the autism community.
